Short end of the tip

“It annoys me when bartenders complain about a bad tip. It’s not the individual tips but how we do overall. A bad tip may not have anything to do with the service. Don’t let a few bad-tipping customers bring you down.”

Using what you got

“I try to do as much as I can with my hands and fingers at all time. I would even carry something on my head if I could.”
