Ohio Brewers Fare Well At International Beer Fest

CLEVELAND — Several Ohio breweries fared well on a local stages by winning medals at the competition of inaugural International Beer Fest last month at the I-X Center here.

Ohio breweries won 36 medals at the competition, which was sanctioned by AHA/BJCP, a recognized certification program that promotes beer literacy and evaluation skills.

“Best in Show” went to The Brew Kettle Production Works from Strongsville for its White Rajah in the American IPA category. In all, Brew Kettle walked away with nine medals from the competition.
