Now comes the next phase of bartending. You’re no longer a trainee bartender. You are now a full-fledge bartender.

The good news is that you no longer have someone looking over your shoulder telling you what to do. But the bad news is that you no longer have someone looking over your shoulder telling you what to do.

Here are a few examples of growing, let’s say, into a mature, well-rounded bartender:

Mom is no longer there to tell you to wash your hands before coming to dinner or to pick up after yourself.
