Cleveland Premises Cited On Drug, Conduct Charges

CLEVELAND — Undercover agents with the Ohio Investigative Unit and members of the Cleveland Police Department executed a search warrant last month after receiving complaints about drug abuse at a local liquor permit premises.

OIU filed 15 administrative charges against Gold Restaurant Inc., doing business as Crazy Horse, 1438 St. Clair Avenue in Cleveland. The administrative charges included one count each of disorderly activity, solicitation of something of value and drug possession; and four counts each of nudity, engaging in sexual activity and public indecency.
