For the last several years, the OLBA has fought for additional entertainment offerings for bar owners to offer their patrons.

One of these forms of entertainment is the skill-based game. These games rely upon the skill of the player in determining the outcome of the game. When a player does well and wins, they get a reward. To be clear, we are not talking about slot machines where a random number generator determines whether you are a winner or a loser.
