New Law Will Allow Gas Cards As Prizes

Soon, permit holders will have another opportunity to offer entertainment to customers.
It is another shot at skill-based games. These are games that determine winners by how well the player masters mind and dexterity skills.
Recently, House Bill 277 passed that will allow permit holders engaged in skill-based games to offer $10 gas cards for success in mastering the game. HB 277 becomes law on Oct. 17.
