Supreme Court Upholds Validity Of Gaming Law

The Ohio Supreme Court reversed a court of appeals decision and held that the prize-value limit, under R.C. 2915.01(AAA)(1), is rationally related to legitimate government interests and does not violate the Equal Protection Clauses of the United States and Ohio Constitutions.
