Police Testimony Is Difference In Liquor Case

There have not been many liquor cases decided by the court of appeals this year, but an interesting one was rendered last month.
Lorenzo’s Drive Thru appealed an order of the Liquor Control Commission which found it in violation of R.C. 4301.22(B), but ordered no penalty. We will also review the common pleas decision for an explanation to why a permit holder would appeal an “in violation, no penalty order.”
