Luxco Buys Paramount, Meier's

ST. LOUIS — Luxco Inc. announced last month it will acquire all of the outstanding stock of Cleveland’s Paramount Distillers Inc., as well as Meier’s Wine Cellars of Cincinnati.

A purchase price was not disclosed.

According to the company, Luxco will continue to operate Paramount’s existing production facilities in Cleveland and Cincinnati. Additionally, Paramount employs a staff of sales representatives based in Ankeny, Iowa.
