Havana Club Controversy

Madrid, Spain — The Supreme Court of Spain this month confirmed Pernod Ricard SA’s ownership of the Havana Club trademark, the third time Spanish courts have rejected challenges by Bacardi Limited to Pernod’s ownership of the rum brand.
