COLUMBUS - The Ohio Liquor Control Commission recently revoked its so-called ""five-keg"" rule which required anyone purchasing more than five kegs of beer from a wholesaler to register the purchase. Enacted in August 2000, the rule required beer wholesalers to request signed and notarized forms from nonpermit holders wishing to purchase five or more kegs of beer.
