BETHESDA, Md. - American Beverage Licensees is applauding recent congressional action to repeal the estate tax but panned legislation dealing with Internet gambling. ABL backed passage of HR 8, sponsored by Rep. Jennifer Dunn (R-Wash.), which would permanently repeal the estate tax.
