Effort To Find Owners Of Forfeited Property Inadequate

COLUMBUS - The Franklin County Court of Appeals recently reversed the forfeiture orders of two separate Akron permit holders after ruling the effort by the Ohio Department of Public Safety to identify the actual owner of the forfeited property was inadequate. Public Safety initiated forfeiture proceedings against Freedom Concepts Inc.
