Business owners who hold C class liquor permits for off-premises consumption only often wish to conduct tastings of their beer and wine products for the general public. Until recently, such tastings were unlawful because consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed upon C permit premises. However, there is a liquor permit that allows tastings of beer, wine and mixed beverages upon C permit premises.
