As superintendent of the Ohio Division of Liquor Control, I would like clear up some misconceptions regarding Ohio liquor law concerning the issue of ""corking fees."" An article that appeared last month in another liquor industry publication included some inaccurate information about the law and the division's involvement in this matter.
