Bill Again Seeks To End Minimum Mark-ups

COLUMBUS - State Sen. Eric Fingerhut has introduced a bill that would eliminate the authority of the Ohio Liquor Control Commission to place minimum mark-ups on wholesalers and retailers engaged in the legal sale of wine in the state. The move, opposed by retail merchants and beer and wine wholesalers, failed to garner the support of lawmakers during the last legislative cycle.
