Rule 52 Back In Courts

COLUMBUS - Set to begin enforcing the state's newly crafted language banning nude dancing in liquor permit establishments, investigators with the Ohio Department of Public Safety must await another court challenge to Rule 52, and recently were restrained by Ohio's courts from enforcing the rule.
