A new study suggests that sleep deprivation can have some of the same hazardous effects as alcohol impairment. In the study, published in the British journal Occupational and Environmental Medicine, researchers in Australia and New Zealand reported that getting less than six hours of sleep a night can affect coordination, reaction time and judgment, posing ""a very serious risk.
