Taking Steps To Ban Concealed Weapons

The recently passed concealed carry legislation has caused concern among permit holders in Ohio. There are a few requirements of which alcohol beverage permit holders should be aware, especially if you do not want these weapons brought onto your premises. Recently Gov. Bob Taft signed House Bill 12 into law, allowing citizens, who pass certain requirements, the ability to carry concealed weapons.
