COLUMBUS - The Franklin County Court of Appeals upheld a liquor permit revocation, ruling it permissible to find a violation without having to prove the permit holder had knowledge of the illegal activity. Backside Inc. in Cleveland was charged with two violations of Regulation 52, which prohibits ""improper conduct"" on a liquor permit premises. Both charges alleged that a single Backside employee conspired to sell marijuana.
