Glass Washing Hinders Inspection

COLUMBUS - The Franklin County Court of Appeals upheld a liquor permit revocation, ruling the permit holder's effort to conceal evidence was itself a violation for which its permit could be revoked. Monkey Joes Inc., the operator of a bar located on West Broad Street in Columbus, was charged with obstructing an inspection of the premises.
