Ohio Senate Passes Bill Eliminating 'Black List'

COLUMBUS - Legislation eliminating the state's ""black list"" of individuals prohibited from purchasing alcohol was unanimously passed last month by the Ohio Senate. In addition to the black list language, House Bill 306 would make numerous other changes to the state's liquor laws. It passed the Senate 33-0 on March 30.
