COLUMBUS - According to the Franklin County Court of Appeals, a nonlawyer who appears at an Ohio Liquor Control Commission hearing on behalf of a corporate permit holder does not engage in the unauthorized practice of law by admitting to charges cited against the corporation. S&P Lebos Inc.
