Embrace of color, flavor drives category

As the third largest spirits category, according to the 2003 Adams Beverage Guide, with 18 million cases sold each year and five straight years of category growth, it would seem that the stars have aligned for the cordials and liqueurs market. And with consumers continuing to trend toward cocktails - and flavorful ones at that - the sky could be the limit for the category's growth.
