High Court Dismisses Training Case

COLUMBUS - While some courts in Northeast Ohio must consider training when handling criminal proceedings against liquor permit holders, the Ohio Liquor Control Commission will not change its review standards in light of a recent Supreme Court of Ohio dismissal which failed to address an industry complaint against underage informants.
