The Ohio General Assembly recently passed Amended Substitute House Bill 306, which will streamline many of the Division of Liquor Control's processes, help ease some administrative burdens and make other changes affecting the division, industry and customers. This legislation becomes effective on July 23. The following is a summary of this legislation.
