Appearance At Commission Hearing Is Important

Every liquor citation issued to a permit holder results in a hearing before the Liquor Commission. It is very important for permit holders and/or their legal counsel to appear at the hearing. Further, every Liquor Commission hearing results in the commission mailing an order to the permit holder.
