Failure To Appeal Tax Nonrenewal Ends Process

COLUMBUS - The Franklin County Court of Appeals ruled that liquor permit holders who fail to appeal a tax nonrenewal of their permit within the 90-day appeal period cannot have the nonrenewal reconsidered or altered. John J. Matthews filed an application for safekeeping of his liquor permits after he lost both his lease and tenancy rights.
