Only Authorized People May Appear At Hearing

Permit holders should know it is very important that they appear at hearings they have before the Liquor Control Commission involving their liquor permit. Permit holders also are aware that they may retain an attorney to represent them at hearing, or in most cases, they may represent themselves at hearing without an attorney.
