COLUMBUS - The Franklin County Court of Appeals recently upheld a lower court ruling overturning a liquor permit revocation resulting from a permit holder representing a corporation when he was not an attorney. William Shook's Columbus grocery store was cited for underage sales after an employee sold beer to a 20-year-old confidential informant employed by Columbus police.
