COLUMBUS - The Franklin County Court of Appeals recently ruled that evidence existed to support the Ohio Liquor Control Commisssion's revocation of a Cincinnati permit holder's license after two clerks were cited for receiving stolen property. After the clerks were electronically observed by Cincinnati police purchasing several allegedly stolen items from a police informant, Shalash Inc.
