Bars, Restaurants That Violate Smoking Ordinances Could Lose Liquor Permits

COLUMBUS - In the months since a ban on public smoking went into affect here, a number of bars and restaurants have openly disobeyed the ordinance. Those who are found in violation of the ordinance face fines, but they could also face a greater consequence for their actions: loss of their liquor permits.
