COLUMBUS - Once a pillar of the local brewing industry, Hoster Brewing Co. is making a comeback in Central Ohio. From its home base in Columbus, the Hoster family once ran the largest brewery in Ohio. The company was founded in 1836, and in the late 1980s, a brewpub in the city took the name and operated until 2001.
