Court: Closure Clock Begins Ticking Upon Issuance Of Order

CLEVELAND - The closure period provided under Ohio law to penalize violations of state liquor and gaming laws properly begins to run only after a court has issued a permanent injunction, regardless of how long the business has been closed under intermediate orders, according to the 8th District Court of Appeals.
