Buoyed by high-end brands, cordials have kept pace with the overall expansion of spirit consumption despite sluggish sales of more traditional lines. According to David Morel, president of Distillerie Stock USA Ltd., the increasing popularity of flavor-infused vodkas and rums in recent years has stunted the growth of conventional liqueur lines, such as standard mints and cocoas.
