Compromise Needed On Markups

Another challenge has arisen to the status quo of Ohio's wine distribution system. For at least the third time in recent years, legislation has been introduced which would eliminate minimum wholesale markups of wine prices and tinker with the state's franchise law, which governs the relationship between wine wholesalers and suppliers.
