State Sued Over Ad-Tabs

COLUMBUS - The company which markets Ad-Tabs coupon cards last month sued two state officials in an effort to get the discount coupons declared legal in Ohio. Face Card Promotions filed the lawsuit June 22 in federal district court here, claiming its free speech rights are being infringed by the state's bingo laws and that the bingo statutes themselves are unconstitutional because of their vagueness.
