NEW WINE REP - Postiy Wine & Spirits recently announced a new addition to its wine division. Julie Houston, formerly a member of Postiy's spirit division, has taken the position of southern wine/low proof manager, which covers the Dayton and Cincinnati areas. She is joining Tom Preslan, northern wine/low proof manager, and Ron Melchiorre, state manager wine/low proof.
