'Corkage Fees' Amount To Nothing But Trouble For Permit Holders

Many permit holders may be aware of the terms ""corking fee"" or ""corkage fee."" These terms are being used by businesses that have liquor permits and businesses that do not have liquor permits to mean the practice of allowing patrons to bring their own alcoholic beverages to the business. The owners then charge a fee for the patrons to consume those alcoholic beverages.
