'Zippers' Lawsuit Dismissed

CLEVELAND - A U.S. appeals court last month threw out a lawsuit charging Ohio first lady Hope Taft with conspiring with state officials to harass the marketing of alcohol-infused gelatin shots. According to the Associated Press, the lawsuit, filed by Brian Pearson, Nick Costanzo and BPNC Inc. of Toledo, was thrown out by the 6th U.S.
