RULING APPEALED - A tavern owner found in violation of the state's civil rights laws is asking the Ohio Civil Rights Commission to reconsider its ruling that a sign in his window saying ""For Service, Speak English"" is discriminatory. According to the Associated Press, Tom Ullum, owner of the Pleasure Inn in Mason, is appealing the ruling that the sign creates an affront to Hispanics.
