Permit Holders Must Understand Responsibilities

Often the Division of Liquor Control receives inquiries from permit holders about their permit privileges and who can operate their businesses. It is important for all permit holders to understand their responsibilities under Ohio's liquor laws. Only the owner and operator of a permit business can sell alcoholic beverages and only at the address where the permit is issued.
