Site Specific Elections Allow Greater Flexibility

Permit holders may noticed that the recent election results included many local option questions concerning whether a particular business at a specific location would be permitted to sell alcoholic beverages during the week and/or on Sunday. These local option elections, commonly referred to as ""site specific"" local option elections are the result of a change in Ohio law in 1999.
