Legislation Seeks Harsher Punishment For Repeat OVI

COLUMBUS - A bill introduced in the Ohio House of Representatives last month would increase the severity of punishment drivers receive after a second offense of operating a vehicle under the influence. House Bill 451 was introduced by Rep. John Domenick (D-98, Smithfield).""I received a letter from one of my constituents who wanted drivers with DUIs off the road,"" Domenick said.
