OLBA President Kathy Bean won a third term in office at the OLBA's annual convention Jan. 29-31 at the Holiday Inn on the Lane in Columbus. Bean is co-owner of the Petticoat Junction in Mentor.Jerry Gasber, owner of Gasber's Fine Day Restaurant in St. Clairsville won the coveted ""Permit Holder of the Year"" award, presented by Ohio Tavern News.
