Most permit holders know that the Liquor Control Commission currently has the authority to suspend their liquor permits for a specific period of time or revoke the permit for violation of Ohio's liquor laws and rules. In addition, the Liquor Commission may currently extend the option to permit holders to pay a monetary forfeiture in lieu of a suspension.
