Constellation To Acquire Vincor

FAIRPORT, N.Y., (PRNewswire-FirstCall) - Constellation Brands Inc., the world's largest winemaker, this month agreed to acquire the Canadian winemaker Vincor International Inc. for nearly $1.1 billion. According to the companies, Constellation will pay Vincor $31.07, or about $1.09 billion, for its approximately 34.8 million outstanding shares.
