Oklahoma Wholesalers Sue Over Supreme Court Shipping Ruling

OKLAHOMA CITY (PRNewswire) - A group of Oklahoma's wine & spirits wholesalers recently filed a lawsuit to prevent the deregulation of wine in Oklahoma following a decision last year by U.S. Supreme Court. The filing by Central Liquor Co., Jarboe Sales Co. and Action Wholesale Liquor Co. seeks to ensure that the state continues to have the ability to regulate alcohol.
