Constellation Brands Says Most Vincor Workers Will Keep Jobs

FAIRPORT, N.Y., (PRNewswire-FirstCall) - Constellation Brands Inc. last month announced it will retain about 90 percent of the employees of recently acquired Vincor International. According to Constellation, employees trimmed from Ontario-based Vincor's 2,358 worldwide workers will come primarily from sales, marketing, administrative and production redundancies in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia, where Constellation's operations are significantly larger in scale than Vincor's.
