OLBA Backs Sensible Approach To Smoking

As you probably have heard, business owners' rights are under attack by an organization called SmokeFree Ohio. SmokeFree Ohio seeks to criminalize smoking in every bar, bowling alley, bingo hall and restaurant in the state, regardless of the negative economic impact it might have on one's establishment. They are currently working to get their total ban on the November ballot.
